VA Series 1 - Visual Acuity Chart Collection

These charts are suitable for use at either 3 or 6 metres (10 or 20 feet).

 

While the standard VA testing distance is 6 metres or 20 feet, there are often space limitations in situations like a general practitioner’s medical practice, or during a home visit to a patient with mobility issues. In these cases a chart for a testing distance of 3 metres or 10 feet is useful.
